Our multi-million dollar computer controlled replacement parts inventory exceeds 70,000 line items with warehousing facilities of over 1250 square metres. We source OEM quality replacement parts from around the world and our product quality is only surpassed by our service and knowledge.
Order fill rates exceed 85 percent with back-orders supplied within 24 hours in most cases. When it comes to service and product quality it is our belief that we have set the industry standard.

Our parts department started operating in 1984. Replacement parts sales comprise four basic products:

Used Parts
The process begins with a machine that is fully dismantled in our workshop. Any sub-standard parts are disposed of. All of the re-useable parts are chemically cleaned, inspected, sprayed with preservative, computer located and stored.

Surplus Genuine Parts
Parts are sourced from suppliers throughout the world so we can supply those hard to get items that no-one else seems to have.

Reconditioned Exchange Parts
Parts are rebuilt to standard specifications and offer real savings compared to new parts.

New Aftermarket Parts
Parts are sourced from leading manufacturers in Australia, Asia, Europe and America. These parts are of OE quality and are covered by warranty. Our US manufactured engine parts warranty is two years.

Underground Mining Parts
We stock a large range of Cat Underground Parts and components to siut R1700, R2900, IT28G, AD40& 45 and more.
We are also wrecking these machines.

Locality
Our four hectare site is located 55km north west of Sydney at Castlereagh. Well geographically placed to service the needs of both our domestic and international markets, with overnight Australia wide freight distribution at competitive rates.
